I have this amazing facebook support group of wonderful ladies. One was having some knee pain from running, so I went and designed a great workout that still works all the major muscles, but is easier on the knees than most workouts.

 I love quick and easy lunches that don't take a long time to prep. I find that I make healthier decisions when they are mindless. I make a big batch of these on sunday to last through the week. Add a side salad and voila! you have a great lunch.
