Work together with me to reach your goals and achieve your best health. Learn to plan your meals for weight loss and how to adjust your life to easily fit in new healthy habits so the weight melts off effortlessly. Appointments are done in person or over the phone.
Workout on your schedule with a certified and fully insured personal trainer. Full body workouts incorporate calisthenics, weight training, pilates, yoga and barre for a more toned slimmer physique. You also get a personalized regimen to do between appointments to help you achieve your goals. Only currently available in Tel Aviv, Rehovot, Modi'in and Jerusalem.
Semi- Private Personal Training Sessions
Workout with your partner, spouse, or friend! Book your appointments on your schedule with a certified and fully insured personal trainer. Up to 3 participants are allowed for semi private training and each will recieve personalized attention and fitness routines to do at home on their own between sessions. Workouts incorporate calisthenics, weight training, pilates, yoga and barre for a more toned slimmer physique. This is currently available in Modi'in, Rehovot, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem.
Personalized Home Fitness Program
Want a professional regimen but enjoy working out alone on your own schedule? I can personalize a fitness regimen for you to do at home on your own using minimal equiptment. You get 2 skype appointments with me and 3 different workouts to alternate between. I suggest updating your home regimen every 4-6 weeks for optimal results.
Healthy Cooking Makeover
Learn how to make your favorite foods healthier for your waist line! In your kitchen, we will rewrite your favorite recipes to be lower in calories, more nutrient dense and still absolutely delicious!
