Cheesecake Overnight Oats

I love having breakfast all ready to go when I wake up in the morning. Just like I love having a timer on my coffee maker, so I wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. It's the best way to wake up. And the closer I get to my due date (November 26th), the more I'm thinking about how I need a new coffee maker that has a timer, like the one I had before moving to Israel....

Getting back on topic now.... Oats are a great staple to have in your pantry. Firstly, for its obvious breakfast: Oatmeal. Secondly, for all the other recipes you can use them for that are less obvious. Like muffins, smoothies, pancakes, and even meatballs. What I love about oats is that they are healthy and packed with fiber, so they really keep you satiated for a nice long time. But best of all, for breakfast, you don't even have to cook them. If you prepare your oatmeal the night before, the oats will absorb the liquid overnight and you will have a delicious breakfast waiting for you. If you don't like cold oatmeal, that's fine! Just pop the container in the microwave and VOILA! you have a warm oatmeal breakfast!

Love my recipes? In November I will start selling the recipe packs (meal plans and shopping lists included!), so you can stay healthy and fit with delicious and easy meals!
