Start of the weekend right with a killer workout....
We all have difficulty staying on track during the un-structured weekend. I have always found that working out leads to better food decisions, more energy and better sleep habits- which all aid in weight-loss. During Chanukah, with delicious jelly donuts and latkes, this weekend will be harder than usual. I have this awesome group of local ladies in my facebook motivation group. Easy on the Knees Full Body Workout
I have this amazing facebook support group of wonderful ladies. One was having some knee pain from running, so I went and designed a great workout that still works all the major muscles, but is easier on the knees than most workouts. Try it out!

Egg Muffin Frittatas
I love quick and easy lunches that don't take a long time to prep. I find that I make healthier decisions when they are mindless. I make a big batch of these on sunday to last through the week. Add a side salad and voila! you have a great lunch.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Protein Cake Bars
This week was insanely hectic with both kids home and mid-winter break. I decided last weekend that I needed a quick protein boost snack that I could just grab and take on the go. The origial recipe came from Dashingdish.com, whom I have been a fan of for years. I just find some of her recipes a bit too sweet. So I tend to alter them.
